FAQ
Can all cracks be made invisible?
We route and fill cracks and choose systems that reduce telegraphing. Some hairlines can reappear with movement. Control joints help manage this.
How do you choose between resurfacing and repour?
If the slab is structurally sound, resurfacing is a good option. If there is base failure or severe heaving, we recommend section removal and repour.
Will the surface be slippery?
We can add texture or a traction additive to the sealer. Pool decks and slopes receive extra attention.
How long does a resurface last?
With proper prep and maintenance, coatings and overlays provide years of service. Reseal cycles vary by sun and traffic, commonly 2 to 3 years.
Do you match existing color?
We can color wash or stain before sealing. Exact matches are not guaranteed, but we can blend for a consistent look.
